Carrick’s work explores the inner relationships we have with nature and the healing powers it gives us daily. She uses the work to heal her own concerns, and wants the viewer to find their own healing and solitude through it. The vast collective of nature that we all experience-land, sea air-and the effect these elements have on us can be felt throughout the works.
